Dell is building a new line of gamer-specific budget laptops moving from old line-up. The G3, G5, and G7 laptops have access to Nvidia GTX 1050, 1050 Ti, and 1060 Max-Q GPUs, eighth-gen Intel processors (on up to the new six-core Core i9 CPU in the G5 and G7), an optional 4K display in the G7, and a 17-inch version of the G3. The G5 and G7 even have Killer networking. The G3 starts at $749, the G5 starts at $799, and the G7 starts at $849. The base models have slow spinning hard drives and limited RAM, but SSDs are available in more expensive SKUs.

A report from The Economic Times claims that Google is developing a new Pixel Phone, but rather than the premium iPhone fighters the brand has produced in the past, this new model will be a mid-range smartphone. The paper claims that "Google’s top brass shared details of its consumer products expansion plans in trade meetings held in Malaysia, the UK, and the US last month." The story cites "four senior industry executives" that were present at the talks. The Economic Times pegs "around July-August" for the launch date of this mid-range device, which the publication says will have a focus on "price-sensitive markets such as India." The phone would be part of Google Hardware's first push into India, which would involve bringing the Pixelbook, Google Home, and Google Home Mini to the country. The Indian paper did not say if the phone would launch in other countries, but it did say the phone would be launched in addition to the regular Pix...

Starting today, if you ask Google Assistant on your phone, Chromebook, or Google Home device “Where’s Waldo?” you’ll actually get an answer.  This is for April Fool’s Day this year, Google has teamed up with Waldo, who will be sharing his location with Maps users all week. To see where he is you’ll need to use the latest version of the Google Maps app on your phone (update that now!), or Google Map’s desktop version. To start your search for Waldo, tap his face when you see him waving from the side of the screen. When you do, you’ll have the opportunity to search for the iconic character place all over the world. Google is also rolling out the desktop version, so it if doesn’t work now, try again in a few hours.

Audi Has Revealed New RS5 Sportback at NEWYORK MOTOR SHOW

Audi has revealed the all-new RS5 in the Sportback body style for the first time at the 2018 New York International Motor Show. Unlike the RS4 Avant which is not sold in the U.S., the new RS5 Sportback will be available for the US and Canadian market from the second half of this year. Under the hood is the same 2.9-liter turbocharged V6 ,same power output – 444bhp and 600Nm. The raw power is sent to Quattro via an eight-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission. The Audi RS 5 Sportback accelerates from 0-100kmph in 3.9 seconds, with a top speed of 280kmph. Compared to the Coupe, the Sportback is slightly wider owing to the 15mm wider fender on each side. The lowered suspension means the four-door coupe sits seven millimetres lower than the S5 Sportback. With the RS badge, there is an RS sport suspension plus with Dynamic Ride Control (DRC), ceramic brakes and RS-specific dynamic steering as well. T he company revealed the first look of the design of its upcoming phone just a few days ago. And while many people think the notch is an ugly obstruction, it does serve a purpose. At least that's what OnePlus CEO Pete Lau has to say. OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei had recently revealed that the company's latest phone would house the front camera, the earpiece, the ambient light sensor and an LED notification light inside the notch. The company's CEO Pete Lau had also tweeted (which he later deleted) why people should learn to accept the notch.
